Kill The DJ, é o nome de uma noite temática que acontece todos os domingos no Le Pulp, em Paris.
O Le Pulp vangloria-se de ter as "Paris’ most beautiful lesbians" e o "Paris’ shittiest soundsystem".
A Part 2, surge após a parte 1, da responsabilidade de Ivan Smagghe.
Ivan Smagghe é DJ residente das noites Kill The DJ.

"How to Kill The DJ [Part Two]" surge após dois anos de preparação e mais de 80 pedidos de licenciamento de faixas.
O conceito é semelhante ao dos 2 Many Djs ou ao de Tiefschwarz; mashup irónico de temas diversificados, encadeados de forma nem sempre lógica mas de resultado quase sempre vibrante.
O primeiro disco (mixed), é um exemplo de electro/techno/house uptempo, contagiado por referências exteriores (nomeadamente a nostalgia de clássicos esquecidos das décadas de 70 e 80) e particularmente feliz no encontro entre os Mutantes e Pablo; Villalobos, Art Of Noise e Suicide; Chromeo, Medium Medium e Modettes; Quarks, Liaisons Dangereuses e Cramps.
O segundo disco (unmixed) surge creditado a Espacio; alter ego de Optimo, utilizado no período de aquecimento pré-dancefloor mas que também funciona bem na ressaca pós aquilo que vocês sabem.
